3-1-13 Donatello nka Phineas, joins Diesel at this new home. 2-10-13 Donatello comes into rescue as an owner surrender. Owners had purchased 2 pups from an Amish farm because they were 'cute'. The owner said that there was no place in the suburbs for the pup to be outside, so they kept him inside. They must have carried him everywhere, because he was not taught about a leash. Notice, his leash and collar are his friends. He was taken to the shelter the day before, but the shelter would not take him. He looks to be about 4 months old. He was very scared on transport, but seems to like it here, and likes Sylvie. Maybe Sylvie reminds him of the other pup, who was taken away back in December. Sylvie is also teaching him how to lead, she is too smart.
Our adoption fee ($250) covers the age appropriate spay / neutering, heart worm testing, rabies, distemper combo, microchipping and any other necessary medical that a dog may need. Please consider a rescue that comes to you with all of the routine medical (and then some) already done.

Prospective adopters who have submitted an accepted application and completed a telephone interview are welcome to schedule an appointment to travel to meet the dog. If approved for adoption, a deposit will hold the dog until a meeting or transport is arranged. AuCaDo Rescue does welcome out of state adoptions.
